Ingredients:
● 4 Grain Field Chicken Thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 2 tbsp honey
● 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice)
● 1 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
● 2 garlic cloves, minced
● 1 tsp ground ginger
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat the Grain Field Chicken Thighs in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.
3. Preheat your oven to 200°C
4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs, skin-side down, for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip the chicken, transfer to the oven, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
6. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with extra honey glaze and return to the oven to caramelize.
7. Serve the chicken on a plate, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
