Chicken Taco Board

Who says Valentine’s is just for couples? This Galentine's Day, celebrate your favourite gals with a fun and delicious taco board featuring Grain Field Chickens! 

Ingredients:

● 500g Grain Field Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)

● 1 tbsp olive oil

● 1 tbsp chili powder

● 1 tsp cumin

● 1 tsp paprika

● 1 tsp garlic powder

● Salt and pepper to taste

● 1 lime (zested and juiced)

● Fresh cilantro for garnish

● Soft flour tortillas

● Assorted toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

2. Let marinate for 20 minutes to soak in the flavors.

3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 75°C).

4. Once cooked, remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

5. Arrange soft flour tortillas in the center of a large board or platter.

6. Surround the tortillas with your taco fillings: freshly sliced chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and any other toppings your heart desires.

7. Garnish the board with fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately with a side of your favorite margaritas or mocktails!
