🧂 Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
