You’ll need:
● 1 ½ cups chicken
● 1 cup spinach
● 1/2 cup cream cheese
● 6 sheets phyllo
● 2 tbsp melted butter
Method:
1. Mix filling.
2. Layer phyllo, fill and roll into triangles.
3. Fold and bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
