Ingridients:
- 1.5kg Grain Field Chicken Fresh chicken thighs
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet brown onion soup
- 2 cups water
Method:
- Boil the chicken in stock until cooked, remove and shred.
- Add in carrots, onion, and potatoes to the stock. Simmer until tender.
- Add the shredded chicken back in.
- Stir in the noodles and cook until soft.
