🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded braaied Grain Field Chickens chicken
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chutney
  • Samoosa pastry sheets
  • Oil for frying

👨‍🍳 Method

  1. Fry onion until soft and golden.
  2. Add shredded GFC chicken, curry powder, and chutney. Stir to combine.
  3. Spoon filling into samoosa sheets and fold into triangles.
  4. Seal the edges with a little flour-and-water paste.
    Option 1: Braai in a closed grid until crisp and golden.
    Option 2: Shallow fry in oil until perfectly crunchy.
