Cooking time: 30 minutes
- 12 Grain Field Chickens Chicken Wings
- Salt, to taste
- 1 x 200ml lemon and herb coat and cook
- Lemon, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and thoroughly pat dry the chicken thighs and season.
- Heat a frying pan to hot and sear the chicken wings until crispy and golden, about 10 minutes and place into a roasting tray.
- Pour over the lemon and herb coat to cook and roast until the wings are completely cooked through. Serve with the lemon slices.
