Surf & Turf Chicken Pasta

Sweep your special someone off their feet with our Grain Field Chickens pasta dish that’s as indulgent as your love!

Ingredients:

● 1 Grain Field Chicken breast, sliced

● 200g prawns, deveined and shelled

● 250g linguine or fettuccine

● 2 tbsp olive oil

● 2 garlic cloves, minced

● 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

● 1/2 cup heavy cream

● 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

● 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

● 1 tsp smoked paprika

● Salt and pepper to taste

● Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

3. Season chicken slices with paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

6. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and the tomatoes soften.

7. Pour in the cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.

8. Add the pasta, chicken, and prawns back to the skillet.

9. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

10. Plate the pasta, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
