📝 Ingredients

  • 1 whole Grain Field Chickens chicken (about 1.5 kg)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, choppe
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
