Ingredients:
- 6 Grain Field Chickens Chicken Thighs, par boiled
- 15ml (1 tbsp) paprika
- 5ml (1 tsp) cayenne pepper
- 150g plain full cream yoghurt
- Fresh parsley, to serve
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the chicken thighs into a plastic bag together with the paprika and cayenne pepper and shake to combine well.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking tray and bake until they are cooked through. Pour over the yoghurt and heat through. Serve with parsley.
