Paprika baked chicken thighs

Serves 4
Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 6 Grain Field Chickens Chicken Thighs, par boiled
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) paprika
  • 5ml (1 tsp) cayenne pepper
  • 150g plain full cream yoghurt
  • Fresh parsley, to serve


  1.  Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2.  Put the chicken thighs into a plastic bag together with the paprika and cayenne pepper and shake to combine well.
  3.  Place the chicken thighs in a baking tray and bake until they are cooked through. Pour over the yoghurt and heat through. Serve with parsley.
