Feta, Peppadew & Chicken Pasta

Treat your special someone to a romantic Grain Field Chickens dinner that’s full of flavour and flair! This Feta, Peppadew & GFC Chicken pasta is packed with tangy, savoury goodness and the perfect way to spice up your evening.

Ingredients:

● 2 Grain Field Chicken breasts

● 1 tbsp olive oil

● 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

● 1/4 cup sliced peppadew peppers (mild or hot)

● 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

● 1 tsp garlic powder

● Salt and pepper to taste

● 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

● Fresh greens or roasted veggies for a side

Instructions:

1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Add the Feta & Peppadews

4. Top each chicken breast with crumbled feta and sliced peppadew peppers.

5. Allow to cook for another minute, letting the cheese melt slightly.

6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze for an added kick.

7. Pair with fresh greens or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
