Serves 4 – 6
Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 500g Grain Field Chickens Chicken Gizzards, washed and sliced
  • 1 x 400g curry made easy cook in sauce
  • Rice, to serve


  1.  Wash, clan and slice and pat dry the gizzards.
  2.  In a heavy based pot heat a little oil and butter and gently fry the gizzards until soft, about 15 – 20 minutes.
  3.  Add the sauce and cover, cook until the gizzards are soft, and the curry has thickened. Serve with rice while still hot.
