Crispy baked lemon and herbs Chicken wings

Serves 4
Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 12 Grain Field Chickens Chicken Wings
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 x 200ml lemon and herb coat and cook
  • Lemon, sliced


  1.  Preheat the oven to 180°C and thoroughly pat dry the chicken thighs and season.
  2.  Heat a frying pan to hot and sear the chicken wings until crispy and golden, about 10 minutes and place into a roasting tray.
  3.  Pour over the lemon and herb coat to cook and roast until the wings are completely cooked through. Serve with the lemon slices.
