🍗 Ingredients
- 1½ cups cooked rice (leftover rice works best)
- 1 cup shredded cooked Chickens (breast or thigh)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup frozen peas & carrots
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
👩🍳 Method
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the beaten egg and scramble. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add peas and carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in rice, shredded GFC chicken, and soy sauce. Toss well until heated through.
- Add the scrambled egg back in and mix everything together.
