Ingredients:
● 500g Grain Field Chickens chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks)
● 2 large potatoes, cubed
● 1 onion, chopped
● 1 tbsp curry powder
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 can coconut milk (optional for creaminess)
● 1 tbsp vegetable oil
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
2. Add the curry powder and cook for 1-2 minutes to release the flavor.
3. Add GFC chicken pieces and cook until browned.
4. Add potatoes, coconut milk (or water), salt, and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
5. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or bread.
