- 500g Grain Field Chicken Livers, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp peri-peri sauce (adjust for spice level)

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
