🧂 Ingredients

  • 600g Grain Field Chickens chicken breasts, cubed
  • ½ cup chutney
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 red pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • Chakalaka, to your taste

👨‍🍳 Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the chutney and curry powder to make your marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes and coat evenly. Let it sit for 30 minutes if you have time.
  3. Thread chicken, onion, and red pepper onto skewers.
  4. Braai over medium coals for 10–12 minutes, turning and basting until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with spicy chakalaka on the side.
