Chicken Potjie

Slow-cooked to perfection, this Chicken Potjie is a South African favorite! Gather your friends, light the fire, and let the flavors do the talking. 

Ingredients:

● 500g chicken thighs

● 2 potatoes, cubed

● 1 onion, chopped

● 2 cups chicken stock

Instructions:

1. Brown chicken in a potjie pot.

2. Add potatoes, onion, and stock.

3. Simmer for 1 hour.
