Packed with flavour and nutrients, our Grain Field Chickens' Chicken Liver & Veggie Stir-Fry is a quick, delicious way to enjoy a healthy meal!
Ingredients:
● 500g GFC chicken livers, cleaned and chopped
● 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
● 1 onion, sliced
● 1 green pepper, sliced
● 1 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tsp paprika
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method:
1. In a frying pan, heat oil and cook the potatoes until crispy and golden, then set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté onions, green pepper, and GFC liver until the liver is browned and cooked through.
3. Add paprika, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring well to coat.
4. Return the cooked potatoes to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes to combine all flavors.
5. Serve hot as a tasty stir-fry meal.
